Philippians 2:3-4
“Do nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself; each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others.”
The Apostle Paul wrote this letter to the church in Philippi, likely from prison, around the middle of the first century CE. He was encouraging them toward unity and selfless living, holding up Jesus as the ultimate example of humility and service.
