Romans 1:20
“For since the creation of the world his invisible attributes, his eternal power and divinity, have been plainly seen, being understood by the things that are made, so that they are without excuse.”
Paul is writing to the Christians in Rome, many of whom he hasn't met. In the opening section of his letter, he is laying out his core message about humanity's need for God's justice and grace, arguing that all people—both Jewish and Gentile—are accountable to God.
