Romans 1:20
“For since the creation of the world his invisible qualities, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.”
The apostle Paul is writing to Christians in Rome, many of whom he has not yet met. In this opening section of his letter, he is laying out his understanding of the human condition and God's justice, explaining that everyone has some awareness of God.
